How it works
1. Pre-Design Review
You send your existing plan (PDF/DWG) and a brief overview of how you live. We review everything before we meet.
2. Briefing Zoom with Director Anne Robson
(1 week)
In a 60-minute session we explore how you want to live in your home and identify opportunities in your existing layout.
3. Site Analysis
(1 week)
We assess how your layout responds to light, orientation and spatial flow, informed by survey and contextual information.
4. Architectural Refinement
(2 weeks)
Your plan is carefully redrawn and resolved to improve key aspects that matter most for everyday living.
5. Presentation Meeting
(1 week)
We walk you through the refined plan and explain the architectural reasoning behind each refinement.
6. Revisions Included
Two rounds of revision are included so the final layout feels right.
7. Final Outcome
(1 week)
You receive refined floor plans in PDF and DWG format, ready for your builder or drafting professional.

For larger homes with layered circulation, multiple living zones and increased spatial complexity.
